Author Biographies
Joseph A. Maguire is Professor of Sport Management at Loughborough University. He is the author of over 100 publications on sport management and sport development. His research interests include social capital, leadership, and governance in sport.
Albert V. Carron is Professor Emeritus of Sport Psychology at the University of Western Ontario. He is the author of over 200 publications on sport psychology and coaching. His research interests include motivation, self-confidence, and social support in sport.
Simon Darcy is Senior Lecturer in Sport Management at Loughborough University. He is the author of over 50 publications on sport management and sport policy. His research interests include social capital, governance, and finance in sport.
